Shipments and returns

How do shipments work?
From the moment of receipt of the confirmation email, the order will be processed by the system. The garment will be made and delivered directly to the address provided by the Customer.

Our products have a variable shipping time depending on the availability of raw materials and events not under the direct control of Aerial Costume.
Production times for corsets, belts, tops, bodysuits and dresses in sizes are approximately 15 working days. As regards tailor-made garments, however, production times vary from 10 to 30 working days for bodysuits (based on the work required for the requested garment) and from 40 to 80 working days for formal dresses (based on to the processes necessary for the requested item).

Once the garment has been packaged, it is subjected to strict quality controls, before being inserted into the Aerial Costume package and shipped. Quality control and packaging times are approximately 3 working days.

As soon as the item is ready to be shipped it is entrusted to the couriers with trackable shipping and the order status will be updated with the tracking number. Shipping times are 2-5 working days, any delays are the responsibility of the couriers, but Aerial Costume will always do everything possible to deliver the item to you on time.

Shipping costs are free throughout Italy, islands included.

Shipping costs for the European Union and non-EU countries amount to €50.

How do returns work?

Personalized garments, according to the Consumer Code, would not have the right to return, but to guarantee a high level of service, Aerial Costume provides for the withdrawal of the contract and the reimbursement of the amount paid following the fulfillment of the conditions listed in the "Returns and refunds" section " of the Conditions of Sale.

Only unused and undamaged items will be accepted. Aerial Costume reserves the right to refuse to refund if the item shows obvious signs of use or damage. Items that have been modified in any way will not be accepted.
