The E-Gift Card will arrive directly via email as soon as the purchase is completed. It will already be active and spendable on the site.

Share the E-Gift Card with the person it is intended for, by printing it or forwarding it via email.

When a product is purchased via E-Gift Card, it can be returned and replaced following our returns procedures; however, it cannot be replaced with cash value. In the event that the chosen product does not correspond to the entire amount of the E-Gift Card, you can proceed with a subsequent purchase.

E-Gift Cards expire one year after purchase; cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged for cash value.

It is not possible to purchase E-Gift Cards using a discount code.

SHIPPING

From the moment of order confirmation the following are required:

-3 working days approximately for packaging

-2-5 working days approximately for the delivery of the package from the courier to the customer at the shipping address chosen by the customer.

RETURNS

According to the Consumer Code, returns are not possible for customized products, therefore if a customized amount has been requested, it will not be possible to request a return.
Instead, if the amount chosen corresponds to one of the available denominations, it is possible to return the item within 14 days of receiving it, if not damaged.
